Orders & payments

Simply browse our products, add items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. We accept Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and American Express. Your order is confirmed once you receive a confirmation email.
We process orders quickly, so please contact us immediately at contact@elhrez.com if you need to make changes. We will do our best to accommodate your request before the order is dispatched. Once shipped, modifications are no longer possible.
We accept all major payment methods including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. All transactions are SSL encrypted and processed securely.
Absolutely. Elhrez.com runs on Shopify, which uses industry-standard SSL encryption. Your payment details are never stored on our servers and are processed through secure, PCI-compliant payment providers.

Shipping & delivery

Yes — we offer free standard shipping on all orders within the United States, with no minimum purchase required.
Orders are processed within 1–5 business days. After dispatch, standard delivery takes 7–12 business days within the United States. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has shipped.
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can also visit our Track Your Order page at any time to check your shipment status. Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear after dispatch.
Currently we ship to the United States only. We are working on expanding to additional countries in the future. Stay tuned by subscribing to our newsletter.

Returns & refunds

We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. To start a return, contact us at contact@elhrez.com with your order number.
Email us at contact@elhrez.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return instructions and the correct return address. Please do not send items back without first receiving approval from our team.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval or rejection within a few business days. If approved, your refund (minus the 20% restocking fee) will be processed within 10 business days to your original payment method.
We're sorry to hear that. Please contact us within 3 business days of delivery at contact@elhrez.com with your order number and clear photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
