Shipping & Order Policy

Order Confirmation:
After placing an order, customers receive a confirmation email detailing the order and shipping information. Please verify the shipping address and contact us promptly if corrections are needed. If no confirmation email is received within 24 hours, please check your spam folder or contact support.

Processing Time:
We process orders within 1–5 business days (Monday to Friday). Processing may take longer during peak seasons (holidays, sales events).

Logistics Providers: DHL, UPS, FedEx, TNT, EMS, Wanb, YunExpress, Yanwen, and local postal services.

Customs & Duties:
Import duties and taxes are usually borne by the customer except for orders shipped within the US, Canada, and Australia where customs fees are rare. Customers should check local regulations before ordering.

Order Tracking:
Customers receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number once their order ships. Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear on the carrier’s website. Once packages reach the destination country, local postal services manage delivery, and tracking can be continued on their websites.

Damaged or Lost Packages:
If items are damaged in transit, customers must contact support within 3 business days of receipt with photos. For lost or severely delayed shipments (beyond 10 business days past expected delivery), customers may request a refund or reshipment.

Address Changes & Returned Packages:
Customers should notify support immediately for shipping address changes. Returned packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses will be reshipped at the customer's expense. Shipping fees for returns are only covered by the company if the product is defective.

Force Majeure:
Delivery and processing may be delayed by unforeseen events such as severe weather, customs inspection, or carrier disruptions. We are not responsible for delays beyond our control but will strive to communicate promptly and resolve issues.
